Doug and Debe’ Brazil
Doug is our General Manager and Winemaker. He is a recently retired Naval Officer/Helicopter Pilot whose last position was Commanding Officer of Navy Recruiting District Seattle. His extensive travels throughout the world have allowed him to frequent wineries both internationally and locally and develop a competitive edge to ensure our success.
For Doug Brazil, being winemaker for Chateau Faire Le Pont Winery is a dream come true. His meticulous attention to detail and obsession with quality comes from a place of respect for the legacy of winemaking. As a result, Doug spends his days in the cellar using his senses as his barometer for winemaking decisions, always striving to make wines that ultimately represent our Ultra-Premium Winery.
Debe’ has over 12 years of marketing experience and is in charge of sales and marketing. She grew up in Montreal, Canada. Faire Le Pont is a term that her family used to use when a holiday fell mid-week and they wanted to extend their holiday. She loves tennis, biking and running and wine. Her background as a national sales and marketing manager has been a great asset for the winery
Shaun and Kimberly Andrew
Shaun and Kimberly Andrew live in Wenatchee, Washington, with their children, Dylan and Breanna. Shaun is a commercial fishing captain in Alaska and Kimberly is a housewife. They are partners in Alaskan Leader Fisheries which is one of the largest hook and line cod fishing operations in Alaska, as well as partners in the F/V Scandies Rose, a crab fishing vessel. They have many interests including motocross, snowmobiling, horses, RVing, and international travel. Because of their desire to bring quality wine closer to home they helped develop Chateau Faire le Pont Winery more than a decade ago.
Matthew and Regan Moir
Matthew and Regan live and work in Kodiak Alaska along with their two children, Madison and Morgan. Matthew is General Manager for North Pacific Seafoods and is an active leader and advocate for the Alaska Seafood Industry. Regan is a Dental Hygienist and also enjoys being busy with the many activities that their children participate in. The Moir's love a good Alaskan adventure as much as a glass of their favorite wine from CFLP
Grew up in the San Juan Islands and attended the University of Washington. He’s been involved in Alaska commercial fisheries for over 30 years. He owns and operates the F/V Alaskan. A resident of Kodiak, Alaska. He is active with numerous academic and policy boards regarding fisheries in Alaska. He is currently a member of the Advisory Committee for the University of Alaska School of Fisheries and Ocean Sciences, a past board member and past chair of the Alaska Seafood Marketing Institute. He has also been an Advisor to the US delegation of the North Pacific Anadromous Fish Commission, as well as a Policy council member and chair of UAF Fisheries Industrial Technologies Center.
