Chateau Grill strives for culinary excellence by paying close attention to the source and quality of our ingredients. We create a dining experience like no other by using in-season, locally-grown ingredients, including organic, sustainable meat, game, fish, poultry, vegetables and grains.  We are passionate about and committed to creating delicious and locally inspired choices for our guests. Creating and nurturing relationships with responsible, ethical producers such as Past Thyme Farms, Double R Ranch, Nicky USA, Easley Farms, and Hope mountain farms allows us to be confident in the provenance of the food we provide.  We give back to our community by partnering with Wenatchee valley Tec center where we have students work in our restaurant to gain school credit and real world kitchen experience. Chef Joe Fish

Chef Fish has 25+ years culinary experience and has directed kitchens from coast-to-coast.  We are lucky to have someone of Joe’s experience and skills in the Wenatchee Valley.
