Charcuterie Board Pairing & Workshop

Join us at Chateau Faire Le Pont Winery for a fun & interactive charcuterie workshop with Chef Joe Fish & Tasting Manager Connie Earll(Certified Somm.).

Time: 2 pm
Cost: $90 per person

You will be guided through the process of creating a charcuterie board for 2 people, including hands-on folding & placement techniques for meats, cheeses. Connie will go over best pairing options for boards.

The following items will be included with ticket: a wood charcuterie board, 3 wine samples, a selection of select cheeses, salami, nuts, dried fruit, stone ground mustard, as well as crackers.

Supplies will be provided to package your board to transport home.

When Saturday June 1st, 2024.  The class will start at 2pm & end at 4pm.

$90 per person.  Beverage & food available to purchase.  Tickets are nonrefundable after May 29th but may be gifted or transferred.
