Couples and non- couples, come on down to the winery for a date night and learn to prepare Fettuccine Alfredo with Sauteed Shrimp, Pan Seared Filet Mignon with a Sassy Wine Reduction Sauce and served with Roasted Hasselback Potato and Sweet Sriracha Green Beans with Chef Joe Fish. Chef Joe will assist in demonstrating both of these as the students prepare the same dishes. Not a demonstration, but a celebration as each participant will have their own mise en place to prepare each of these delectable items and then enjoy them while they are nice and hot. We cannot wait to cook with you!
Shrimp Alfredo and Sassy Filet Mignon Appetizer
Fettuccine Alfredo Topped with Sauteed Shrimp

Delicately seasoned sauteed shrimp are nestled atop freshly tossed fettuccine pasta in a pan alfredo sauce made a la minute with cream, parmesan, lemon juice, nutmeg and finished with butter and garnished with chopped parsley.

Entree
Pan seared filet of beef with a sassy pan wine reduction sauce, seasoned and sauteed tenderloin of beef is cooked to a perfect medium- rare pulled and rested and then deglazed with red wine and stock and reduced and finished with butter and poured over the steak and served with the below listed side items.

Roasted hasselback potato is a fancy baked potato that is fan sliced potato and seasoned with herbs, bay leaf and butter and then roasted in the oven, it is a perfect accompaniment to the filet

Petite French green beans drizzled with sweet sriracha are blanched haricot vert that are sauteed and seasoned then drizzled with a honey sriracha sauce, the sweet and spicy beans balance with the richness of the filet mignon
