Partner Bios
Doug and Debe’ Brazil:
Doug Brazil is our amazing Winemaker. He is a recently retired Naval Officer/Helicopter Pilot whose last position was Commanding Officer of Navy Recruiting District Seattle. His extensive travels throughout the world have allowed him to frequent wineries both internationally and locally and develop a competitive edge to ensure our success.
For Doug Brazil, being winemaker for Chateau Faire Le Pont Winery is a dream come true. His meticulous attention to detail and obsession with quality comes from a place of respect for the legacy of winemaking. As a result, Doug spends his days in the cellar using his senses as his barometer for winemaking decisions, always striving to make wines that ultimately represent our Ultra-Premium Winery.
Debe’ has over 36 years of experience and is in charge of sales and marketing. She grew up in Montreal, Canada. Faire Le Pont is a term that her family used to use when a holiday fell mid-week and they wanted to extend their holiday. She loves tennis, biking and running, dogs, cats and wine. Her background in sales and marketing has been a great for the winery.
Kimberly Andrew has played an instrumental role in the success of the winery through all its stages. Whether is accounting or working in the tasting room, she enjoys taking an active role in the business and helping it grow. Kimberly also works as a Realtor in the area, helping people find their dream homes and showing them all Wenatchee has to offer. She loves traveling, volunteering and spending time with her children and grandchildren.
Shaun Andrew is a partner in one of the largest commercial fishing operations in Alaska. Shaun is a licensed commercial fishing captain and runs the F/V Northern Leader. Shaun enjoys snowmobiling and ebiking.
Matthew and Regan Moir live in Kodiak, Alaska. They enjoy the many wonders Alaska has to offer as well as spending time with family and friends. Matthew has a Masters degree in Fisheries Business and is General Manager of North Pacific Seafoods. In addition to his extensive management experience he serves on many boards and commissions in Alaska and in the Pacific Northwest. Regan is a semi retired Dental Hygienist.
Jay Stinson:
Grew up in the San Juan Islands and attended the University of Washington. He’s been involved in Alaska commercial fisheries for over 30 years. He owns and operates the F/V Alaskan. A resident of Kodiak, Alaska. He is active with numerous academic and policy boards regarding fisheries in Alaska. He is currently a member of the Advisory Committee for the University of Alaska School of Fisheries and Ocean Sciences, a past board member and past chair of the Alaska Seafood Marketing Institute. He has also been an Advisor to the US delegation of the North Pacific Anadromous Fish Commission, as well as a Policy council member and chair of UAF Fisheries Industrial Technologies Center.
